LazyLoadReference<Object>.isSet returns True when Reference Object is set to None
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project's Scene labeled "SampleScene"
2. Enter Play Mode and Inspect the Console Window
Expected result: LazyLoadReference<Object>.isSet returns False with an empty Reference Object
Actual result: LazyLoadReference<Object>.isSet returns True with an empty Reference Object
Reproducible in: 2019.3.0a4, 2019.3.0b11, 2020.1.0a14
Couldn't test with Unity 2019.3.0a3 and lower versions (LazyLoadReference doesn't exist )
