LayerOverridePriority is not used inside filter data calculations
How to reproduce:
1. Open the “IN-84385_repro2“ project
2. Open the “Export2“ scene
3. Enter Play Mode
4. Press and hold the up (_↑)_ key
5. Observe the Game view
Expected result: The “Player“ goes through “Wall“ GameObject
Actual result: The “Player“ collides with the “Wall“ GameObject
Reproducible with: 2023.3.0a19, 6000.0.21f1
Not reproducible with: 2022.3.48f1, 2023.3.0a18
Reproducible on: Windows 10
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
