Last frame of animation is skipped if there is a transition to next animation
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open "Main" scene
3. Open Animator window
4. Select Canvas->Image in the hierarchy view
5. In the Animator select transition from anim1 to anim2
6. Change Exit Time property to 1.02 or higher
7. Press play
-Image rotates and disappears(full animation is played)
8. Change Exit Time property to 1 (which means that the whole animation will be played before exiting to another one).
9. Press play
-Image doesn't disappear (which means that last frame was skipped)
Expected result: full animation should be played when exit time is set to 1
Actual result: last frame of animation is skipped when exit time is set to 1
Reproduced on: 5.6.0b2, 5.5.0f3

This is still happening on 2018.3.0f2 on Android devices. I haven't tested with iOS. It's not happening in the editor.
