Key input gets stuck on a pressed state or ignores all inputs when "CaptureAllKeyboardInput" is set to true in the WebGL build
How to reproduce:
1. Open the project “IN_29998”
2. Press File → Build And Run
3. In Player hold “W” and press the “button”
4. Release “W”
5. Try moving in different directions with “A”, “S”, “D”
