[BuildReport] summary.result in IPostprocessBuildWithReport always return "Unknown"
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user-submitted project ("IPostprocessBuildWithReportBug.zip")
2. Click Build -> Test Build
3. Observe the Console Window
Expected result: a log message is thrown by the "IPostprocessBuildWithReport" callback that the build has succeeded
Actual result: "IPostprocessBuildWithReport" throws build status as "Uknown" even though the build succeeded without any issues
Reproduced in: 2019.2.0a7, 2019.1.0b5, 2018.3.7f1
Couldn't test with: 2017.4.22f1 (IPostprocessBuildWithReport doesn't appear to be implemented yet)
