[BuildReport] report in IPostProcessBuildWithReport provides incorrect information
IPostProcessBuildWithReport allows users to retrieve information about a build after it's finished. However, much of this information is wrong. The end time is always the same as the start time. The total time is always zero. Several build steps appear to take zero time. The result of the build is always Unknown.
Repro steps:
1) Open attached repro project.
2) Build for any platform.
3) Observe output in editor console after completion.
Expected: The "true time taken" is equal to the total time according to the build report. All fields have sensible values.
Actual: Most information displayed is incorrect.
Reproduced in 2018.2.16f1, 2019.1.0a2

It's amazing that this bug has not been fixed yet.
It's still there in 2020.2.0b
