[iOS] [tvOS] AudioSampleProvider reporting incorrect Channel count
Reproduction steps:
1. Open user's attached project in "AudioSampleProviderBug.zip"
2. Enter Play Mode
3. While in Play Mode, notice that AudioSampleProvider Channel Count is 6
4. Exit Play Mode and build the project for iOS
5. Run and Deploy the Xcode project to an iOS device
Expected result: AudioSampleProvider Channel Count is still 6
Actual result: AudioSampleProvider Channel Count is only 2
Reproducible with: 2019.3.10f1, 2020.2.0a5
Could not test with: 2017.4, 2018.4 because of errors in the console

AppleTV (tvOS 13.3.1)
Could not test with:
VLNQA00204 iPhone 5C (iOS 10.3.3) because of errors in Xcode (related to Int 32/64 variable types)

Resolution Note (2020.2.X):
channelCount represents actual number of channels being played back. On older devices it's possible to playback only 2 channels, therefore some downmixing happens on OS level and only 2 channels are being played back. Macs are capable of 6 channel playback so channelCount will reflect that and will return channelCount of 6 (including in editor).
