[iOS] Shader causing performance drop spike in Renderer.Mesh
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project.
2. Connect Editor Profiler to iOS device.
3. Build and run the "scene1".
4. Wait until blue cube shows up in the camera view.
- Fps drop spike shows up in the Profiler(Screenshot attached).
