[iOS] Multiple Xcode project instances created before opens up when performing Build and Run for iOS Platform
Steps:
1. Create a new project
2. Go to File > Build Settings and switch to the iOS Platform
3. Build and Run
4. Close Xcode project that just opened up
5. Go back to the Editor when building completes
6. Do Build and Run again, but to the new folder
Expected results: One instance of Xcode project opens up
Actual results: Opens up the new Xcode project and previously created one
Reproducible with: 2021.3.33f1, 2022.3.15f1, 2023.2.3f1, 2023.3.0a17
Notes:
- Wasn't able to reproduce with tvOS Platform
- Reproducible both with Macbook Pro, 2,4gHZ 8-Core Intel Core i9, Sonoma 14.1.2 and MacBook Pro, Apple M1 Max, Ventura 13.6.2
- Tested and reproduced with Xcode 15.0.1
- Tested and did not reproduced with Xcode 14.3.1
