[iOS][Mono] XML deserialisation for uLong returns the wrong value with Mono scripting backend
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Build to iOS and run
- Note that in the console two values are printed: one is the input value, the other is the value after deserialisation
- The input value is 172052773
- The values should be the same, but they are not, and that's no good
- Reproduced in Version 5.3.3p1 (828971bd30e1), Version 5.4.0b8 (f1df44d39d69)
- Not reproducible in Version 5.2.4f1 (98095704e6fe) or when using IL2CPP
