[iOS] iPhone 13 Pro framerate drops after rotating the device
Reproduction steps:
1. Download and open the attached "ProMotion iOS Bug.zip" project
2. Build the project for iOS
3. Set "GPU Frame Capture" to Metal
4. Deploy the project to iOS
5. Rotate the phone
6. Observe the Frame rate
Expected result: Frame rate stabilizes at 120
Actual result: Frame rate stabilizes at 60
Reproducible with: 2019.4.40f1, 2020.3.36f1, 2021.3.4f1, 2022.1.5f1, 2022.2.0a17
