[iOS][GLES2] Changing screen resolution to non-native resolution at runtime freezes the app when using OpenGLES2 graphics API
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Build for iOS with OpenGLES2 graphics API (should be set by default)
3. Build the generated Xcode project to a device
4. The application will iterate through 3 phases of different screen resolutions (one of which is native resolution) using Screen.SetResolution
5. Notice the application is frozen when it's resolution is set to a non-native resolution, and continues to render and animate properly when reaches the native resolution
Note: With 'Metal' graphics API everything works as expected.
Not reproducible in 5.3.1f1
