[iOS][Android] CultureInfo.CurrentCulture.NumberFormat is incorrect
Reproduction steps:
1. Open "Test045" project
2. Build to iOS device
3. Set device language to English
4. In app click UI Button
5. Notice: "," (group separator) and "." (decimal separator) was printed to the UI Text field
6. Change device language to Italian
7. Click button
Expected: "." and "," are printed to the text field.
Actual: Separators are printed in the same order as before.
