"Invalid parameter count" thrown when the number of Parameters is changed on a Filter while it is assigned to an element in UI Builder
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached “UIToolkiltFilters” project
2. Navigate to Assets>Kamgam>UIToolkitFilters>Examples
3. Open UIToolkitFiltersDemo.uxml file in a UI Builder window
4. Select #ElementsWithFilters in UI Builder Hierarchy
5. Change the Filter from UIToolkitFilterShaderGraphDef to UIToolkitDissolveFilterUnlitDef
6. Open the UIToolkitDissolveFilterUnlitDef in the Inspector
7. Add an additional Parameter
8. Save the change
9. Observe the Console
Expected result: No errors are thrown
Actual result: “Invalid parameter count” error is thrown
Reproducible with: 6000.3.0f1(d1870ce95baf), 6000.4.0a5, 6000.5.0a2
Could not test with: 2022.3.0a1, 2022.3.69f1, 6000.0.63f1, 6000.2.13f1 (UITK ShaderGraph was introduced in Unity 6000.3.0b6)
Reproducible on: Windows 11, Windows 10 (User)
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
