Inspector doesn't render Unicode characters
How to reproduce:
1. Download and open the user attached "Blank.unity" scene in a new project
2. In the Hierarchy select the "Text (1)" Game Object that's parented to the "Canvas"
3. In the Inspector observe the contents of the "Text" property
Expected result: There is a Unicode symbol in the text field
Actual result: The text field appears empty
Reproducible with: 2018.4.33f1, 2019.4.22f1, 2020.3.1f1, 2021.1.0b9, 2021.2.0a9
Notes:
1. Reproducible with Ubuntu 18.04 and Windows 10
2. The Unicode symbol's code can be seen when opening the scene's ".unity" file with any text editor and locating the "m_Text" property
