[InputSystem][Windows] Switch Pro controller only works when connected via Bluetooth but not via USB
From user:
"I know that when you connect the Nintendo Switch Pro Controller to a Windows PC or Laptop, Unity sees what Windows sees and currently no input is registered by Windows or Unity unless I have Valve's Steam app open and then Windows and by extension Unity registers input from the Switch Pro Controller (This only the case when the Switch Pro Controller connected with a wired connection only; connecting with Bluetooth seems fine)."

I am also experiencing this issue on Windows 10. When I plug in via USB, the Switch Pro Controller is detected by Unity, but doesn't receive any input. However, when I connect via Bluetooth, it works as expected.

I'm having this same issue. When connected via USB, the Unity Input Debugger tool doesn't read any input from my Switch Pro Controller unless Steam is open. However, it is only registering movement of the right stick in the even section of the debugger.
