[Input System][Windows?] Add Control Scheme popup is offset and cannot be dragged around
How to reproduce:
1. Open user-submitted project (New Unity Project (14))
2. Open 'New Controls' Input Actions asset
3. Attempt to add a new Control Scheme
Expected result: the popup window is positioned next to the previous window and can be dragged around
Actual result: the popup window is offset to the side and cannot be dragged around
Reproducible with Unity versions: 2018.4.3f1, 2019.1.8f1, 2019.2.0b7, 2019.3.0a7
Could not test with Unity versions: 2017.4.29f1(Package not yet introduced)
Reproducible with package versions: 0.2.1, 0.2.10
Could not test with package versions: 0.1.2, 0.2.0(Incompatibility errors)
