[Input Manager] Input jitter when using "Input.GetAxis("Mouse X")" and "Input.GetAxis("Mouse Y")"
Reproduction steps:
1. Open project “kun”
2. Open scene “-MAIN resizing UI”
3. Enter Play Mode
4. Use the mouse to look around
Expected result: the movement is smooth
Actual result: the movement has jitter
Reproducible with: 2022.2.6f1, 2023.1.0b3, 2023.2.0a2
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.17f1 (reported by user)
Couldn’t test with: 2020.3.45f1, 2021.3.18f1 (due to compiler errors)
Reproducible on: macOS Catalina 10.15.7 (Intel), Win 10
Note: couldn’t test in Standalone Player due to compiler errors when building
