[Input] Input.GetAxis always returns 0 in a built game
Reproduction steps:
1. Open attached project
2. Open scene "Main"
3. Run the game in editor
4. Move using WASD keys (success!)
5. Build the game and run
6. Try moving using WASD (no movement)
Notes:
1. Tested using Windows 8.1 64
2. Values of Input.GetAxis are printed in the console
