Inline curves are incorrectly drawn when panning
To reproduce:
1. Open the timeline window (Sequencing -> Timeline)
2. Select a Gameobject and create a new timeline
3. Add an animation track
4. Add keyframes to the animation track
5. Open the inline curves
6. Pan the timeline (with the middle mouse button)
Expected result: The keyframes should always be drawn at the correct time.
Actual result: The inline curves are incorrectly drawn. The keyframes are not drawn at the correct time when panning. See the attached video.
