[Incremental Compiler] Unity crashes without no stack trace when inspecting C# 7.2 ref readonly properties in debug mode
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "Test1077782.zip" project
2. Open the TestScript.cs from the Scripts folder in the Visual Studio
3. Set 23 line as a breakpoint
4. Press Attach to Unity
5. Play the Scene in Unity
6. Inspect "write" variable in Autos window
7. Observe the crash
Reproduced on Incremental Compiler 0.0.42-preview.1, 0.0.42-preview.19 versions
Reproduced on Unity 2018.2.7f1, 2018.3.0a11 versions
Note: .NET 4.x Equivalent Scripting Runtime Version with Mono Scripting Backend should be used
