Inaccurate Physics behaviour after reloading scene
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached Unity project
2. Play ScaleCapsule scene
3. Notice falling wall of crates. If the wall doesn't fall, press left mouse button to reload scene.
Expected result: Crates don't fall. The wall stays in its position.
Actual result: Crates fall.
Reproduced with: 2019.3.7f1.
Not reproduced with: 2018.4.20f1, 2019.3.0f1, 2020.1.0b3, 2020.2.0a4.
Notes:
Couldn't reproduce on 2017.4 because of missing prefabs.
Information on reproducible versions might be not correct enough because the issue is not reproducible consistently.

Resolution Note:
PhysX only guarantees the same result when started from exactly the same setup. If you reuse the main scene it's not recreated - some caches are still there and will affect the simulation outcome. Create another scene for physics, enable local physics and make sure to destroy the scene between reloads.
