Impossible to copy Unicode characters from Editor Text Field
How to reproduce:
1. Open user-supplied project
2. Open "SampleScene" Scene
3. In Hierarchy Window right-click on "あ" GameObject > Rename
4. Copy "あ" > paste it in the same line
Expected result: "あ" is pasted
Actual result: "B" is pasted
Reproduced in: 2019.1.9f1, 2019.2.0b9, 2019.3.0a9
Not reproduced in: 2017.4.30f1, 2018.4.4f1
