Implementations of HDRP CustomPass with serialized lists or custom types not drawn in the Inspector
How to reproduce:
1) Open the attached project named "CustomPassVolume"
2) Open the InspectorIssue scene
3) Select the MainCamera in the scene
4) Find the attached Custom Pass Volume component
5) Expand the "My List" and "My Parameters" properties
5) Observe the Inspector window
Expected result: Children are drawn under the My List and My Parameters properties
Actual result: No children are drawn under the My List and My Parameters properties
Reproducible with: 2019.4.9f1(7.1.1, 7.4.3), 2020.1.4f1(8.2.0), 2020.2.0b1(9.0.0-preview.54, 10.1.0-preview.10)
Could not test with: 2018.4.26f1(Missing script references for the custom pass)
