Implementations of CustomPass don't preserve deafult value of private variables
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "CustomPass Serialization.zip" project
2. Open the "SerializationIssue" Scene
3. Enter the Play Mode
4. Observe the Console Window
Expected result: A number is logged out in Console Window
Actual result: "[OurCustomPass].bar: 0" is logged out in Console Window
Reproducible with: 2019.4.9f1 (8.2.0), 2020.1.4f1 (9.0.0-preview.33), 2020.2.0a15 (9.0.0-preview.54)
Not reproducible with: 2020.2.0a16 (9.0.0-preview.54), 2020.2.0b1 (10.0.0-preview.27)
Notes:
- Could not test on 2018.4, because of compiling errors
