[IMGUI][Windows] Enum field dropdown doesn't get closed when transforming the Editor window
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user’s attached “My project (116)” project
2. Open the “SampleScene” Scene
3. Select the “Cube” GameObject in the Hierarchy
4. Select the “Mano Enumai” field dropdown in the Inspector
5. Move around the Editor window
Expected result: Enum field dropdown gets closed
Actual result: Enum field dropdown doesn’t get closed
Reproducible with: 2022.1.0a3, 2022.1.20f1, 2022.2.0b12, 2023.1.0a15
Not reproducible with: 2020.3.40f1, 2021.3.12f1, 2022.1.0a2
Reproduced on: Windows 10
Not reproduced on: macOS 12.5 (Intel)

Resolution Note:
This behaviour does not occur when using the UI Toolkit version of the Inspector, which is what Unity will use going forward.
We have decided to close this issue to invest our efforts elsewhere.
