[IMGUI] Irradiance Quality's Horizontal Dragger under Lightmap Parameters doesn't work
Under "Lightmap Parameters" Asset's Inspector settings, the Irradiance Quality Dragger doesn't work.
Refer to the attached Video.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a New Project
2. Project > Create > Lightmap Parameters
3. Inspector > Irradiance Quality > Drag
Actual Result:
The value doesn't change on dragging
Expected Result:
The value should change on dragging
Occurring on:
2020.2.0a4, 2020.1.0b3, 2019.3.6f1, 2017.4.34f1
Environment:
Windows 10 and macOS 10.14, 10.15
