[IL2CPP] DownloadHandlerScript overrides not invoked when Managed Stripping Level is set to High
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project's "case_1358586-Project.zip" Scene labeled "SampleScene"
2. Enter the Play Mode
3. View the Console Window
4. Make sure that the overridden ReceiveData method is called
5. Make an IL2CPP build (either changing the scripting backend to IL2CPP or platform to WebGL)
6. Open the build
7. Check if a message is logged from 'ReceiveData'
Expected result: Overridden DownloadHandlerScript methods are called when Managed Stripping Level is set to High
Actual result: Overridden DownloadHandlerScript methods are not called when Managed Stripping Level is set to High
Reproducible with: 2019.4.30f1, 2020.3.17f1, 2021.1.19f1, 2021.2.0b9, 2022.1.0a5
Workaround:
- Marking the required method/class with 'UnityEngine.Scripting.Preserve' attribute, to ensure it's not stripped

Resolution Note (2022.1.X):
It is possible to work around this issue by avoiding the "High" stripping level. We don't plan to correct this specific issue.
