IL2CPP build fails when disabledFlag.HasFlag() is used
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user-attached project “Repro project - IL2CPP build error”
2. Build the project
3. Observe the results
Expected result: The build is successful
Actual result: The build fails with IL2CPP errors
Reproducible with: 2021.3.34f1
Not reproducible: 2021.3.35f1, 2022.3.19f1, 2023.2.10f1, 2023.3.0b6
Fixed in: 2021.3.35f1
Reproducible on: Windows 11 Pro
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
