If the overrides screen is taller than screen, part of the screen goes out of display
To reproduce:
0) Make sure you have a low enough resolution (or high enough scaling percentage) so that the screen later wouldn't fit. (Tested with 1280x720 100% scaling and 1920x1080 200% scaling)
1) Open attached project and "Sandbox" scene
2) Find "Enemy" prefab in Hierarchy
3) Open Overrides menu in the inspector
Expected: The window fits fully
Actual: Bottom of the window gets below the screen, meaning you can't press the buttons there
Reproduced in 2018.3.0b2, 2018.3.2f1, 2019.1.0a14, 2019.2.0a2
Not reproduced in Win 10
