ID field of the Glyph Adjustment Table always updates to zero when the Char field is changed in TextMeshPro
How to reproduce:
1. Download and open the user-submitted project
2. Select RegularReadable-TH-EN-Lamoon Asset in the Project window
3. Expand the Glyph Adjustment Table
4. Write any character in the Char field
Expected result: ID field changes based on the inputted character
Actual result: ID field changes to 0
Reproducible with Unity versions: 2018.4.3f1, 2019.1.9f1, 2019.2.0b8, 2019.3.0a8
Reproducible with package versions: 1.4.0-preview.3a, 1.4.0, 1.4.1-preview.1, 1.4.1, 2.0.0, 2.0.1-preview.1, 2.0.1
Not reproducible with package versions: 1.4.0-preview.1b
Notes:
Installing TextMeshPro version 1.4.0-preview.2a and above on Unity version 2018.3.0b10 and below throws Console errors

Resolution Note (fix version 1.4.2 & 2.0.2):
Made improvements related to glyph index lookup when adding new glyph positional adjustment pairs in font assets. These improvements will be in the next release of the TMP package which will be version 1.4.2 for Unity 2018.4 and 2.0.2 for Unity 2019.x.
