Icon size and Generate Elements are overlapping in Select Texture window when window is resized
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new project and install the "AI Generators" package
2. Install Visual Effect Graph package (Window > Package Management > Package Manager)
3. Create Visual Effect Graph (Create > Visual Effects > Visual Effect Graph)
4. Select any of the default Graphs (ex. Simple Loop)
5. Select Main Texture field to open Select Texture window
6. Resize Select Texture window and observe the window toolbar
Actual results: Icon size and Generate Elements are overlapping
Expected results: Generate button gets truncated with “…” or minimum window size is fixed so that toolbar Elements would not disappear or overlap
Reproducible with versions: 1.0.0-pre.7 (6000.2.0b2), 1.0.0-pre.8 (6000.2.0b2)
Tested on (OS): macOS Sequoia 15.3 (M4)
