[Animation Rigging] Humanoid rig is offset when using Animation Rigging with Humanoid Animation Type and .fbx file
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "RiggingTest3d.zip"
2. Open "SampleScene" scene
3. Enter Play Mode
Expected result: the model stays at the same place
Actual result: "HipBone" child GameObject changes position
Reproducible with - 2018.4.30f1, 2019.4.20f1, 2020.2.4f1, 2021.1.0b7, 2021.2.0a6
