Humanoid animation is played back differently when using AnimationMode.SampleAnimationClip instead of Animator
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project ("case_1211674-SampleAnimation.zip")
2. Open the repro scene ("SampleScene")
3. Enter Play Mode
4. Compare the animations
Expected result: Both animations are identical
Actual result: Right actor (using SampleAnimationClip) has wobbly legs/head
Reproducible with: 2017.4.38f1, 2018.4.18f1, 2019.3.6f1, 2020.1.0b1, 2020.2.0a3
Note: In repro project, the wobbling effect was less noticeable in 2017.4, 2018.4 streams

Resolution Note:
SampleAnimationClip was not intended to be used to evaluate Humanoid Clip at runtime.
Proposed workaround is to use AnimationClipPlayable to obtain the same results.
