Hub panels flicker slowly when choosing with which version to create project in Light mode
How to reproduce:
1. Open HUB
2. Switch to Light mode in Preferences window (Gear icon) > Appearance > Light
3. Go back and click "New Project"
4. Click on the "Editor Version" field
5. Observe HUB
Expected result: Colors change quickly without user noticing flicker
Actual result: Template icons flicker, Project name and Location fields change to white then to grey again, Template image also flickers
Note: This doesn't happen in Dark mode, panels change color without flickering
