HttpWebRequest could not get a default proxy
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project (TestWebRequest.zip)
2. Open the Assets/Download.unity scene
3. Open the script(Assets/Download.cs) =
4. Uncomment line 15 and 18
5. Set up a proxy server
6. Press play in Editor
7. Observe, HttpWebRequest could not get a default proxy
Expected result: HttpWebRequest should get a default proxy
Actual result: HttpWebRequest could not get a default proxy
Reproduced with: 5.3.7p3, 5.4.2f2, 5.4.4p1, 5.5.0f3, 5.5.0p4, 5.6.0b3
