[HLAPI] Changing NetworkTransform sendInterval to higher than 30 by script defaults it to 0
Steps to reproduce:
1. open attached project
2. build and run
3. connect one as host and one as client
-> server has set NetworkTransform.sendInterval to 60by script
Expected:
sendInterval value should be clamped/print warning when changing to something that is over 30
or it should be possible to increase the interval to higher values
Actual:
Value returns 60 but transform does not get synced
Reproduced: 5.2.5f1, 5.4.0p1, 5.5.0b3
