Higher resolution Texture3D allocation takes an unreasonable amount of time
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download and open the attached project
2. Enter Playmode
3. Press "L" to create a Texture3D
Expected result: creation should not take a long time
Actual result: editor freezes up for ~1+ seconds while the Texture3D is being created
Reproduced on 2017.2.3f1, 2017.4.6f1, 2018.1.6f1, 2018.2.0b9, 2018.3.0a3
Texture in the project is created with the following settings:
Texture3D(512, 512,512, TextureFormat.RFloat, false);
