"[Header]" attribute is misaligned when placed before an InputActionProperty field
How to reproduce:
1. Open the “IN-103606_InputActionsHeaderBug“ project
2. In Hierarchy window select the Cube GameObject
3. Observe the “Custom” Script Component
Expected result: All Headers are aligned the same as the fields
Actual result: Header before “InputActionProperty” field is misaligned
Reproducible with: 2022.3.52f1, 2022.3.63f1, 6000.0.22f1, 6000.0.50f1, 6000.1.6f1, 6000.2.0b4
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.52f1, 2022.3.51f1, 6000.0.21f1
Reproducible on: macOS 15.5.0 (M1 Max), Windows 10 (by user)
Not reproducible on: no other environments tested
