[HDRP] [XRSDK] Most of the shaders are rendered to one eye when Single Pass Instanced and SRP Batcher are turned on
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project ("1211332-R.zip")
2. Open Repro scene
3. Set XR Render Mode to Single Pass Instanced
4. Enter Play mode
Expected result: Shaders are rendered on both eyes
Actual result: Shaders are rendered to one eye
Reproducible with: 2019.3.2f1, 2020.1.0a23 (XRSDK 3.0.6)
Not reproducible with: 2017.4.37f1 (SRP Batcher / XRSDK weren't released), 2018.4.17f1 (Errors prevent entering Play mode)
Note:
- Tested with Oculus rift, WMR
- Shaders that I tested and works on both eyes: All HDRP shaders
- Shaders that I tested and has this issue: Standart, TMP/Mobile/Distance Field, UI/Default

Unity 2019.3.x, WMR, HDRP 7.3.1, shader graph works both eyes but unity UI only renders in left eye online with some other materials which seem to be from the scriptable render pipeline

I'm getting this even with SRP batcher turned off. (WinMR)
Cannot reproduce with MockHMD.
Unity 2019.3.5, XRSDK 3.1.0 (preview), HDRP 7.2.1.
