[HDRP] Transparent materials are rendered outside of the Scene View when Lit Shader Mode is set to Forward Only and MSAA is on
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new HDRP template project
2. In the Project Window find and click on the HDRenderPipelineAsset
3. Set Lit Shader Mode to Forward Only, Multisample Anti-aliasing Quality to MSAA 2X
4. Enable MSAA within Forward under the "Default Frame Setting for" -> "Rendering"
5. Modify an existing material in the sample scene to be transparent
4. Move the Scene Camera and you can see that the Mesh is rendered outside the editor
Alternatively:
1. Open the user-submitted project ("MSAABugEditor.zip")
2. Move the Scene Camera and you can see that the Mesh is rendered outside the editor
Expected result: the transparent meshes aren't rendered outside of the scene view
Actual result: the transparent meshes are rendered outside of the scene view
Reproduced in: HDRP version: 6.5.3; 5.10 (Tested with 2019.3.0a4, 2019.2.0b4)
Couldn't test: HDRP version 6.7.1 (Tested with 2019.3.0a4, 2019.2.0b4) (The Mesh breaks completely in this version and thus the Scene View issue is not visible)
