HDRP template asset previews are not generated in Project Browser
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new HDRP template project
2. Navigate Assets > ExampleAssets > Materials in Project browser
Expected result: Materials preview are shown in the Project Browser
Actual result: Materials preview is not generated in Project Browser
Reproducible with: 2019.1.0a1( 5.2.3 - preview), 2019.2.20f1(6.9.0, 6.9.2), 2019.3.0f6(7.1.8), 2020.1.0a21(7.1.7, 7.1.8)
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.16f1(4.1.10 - preview)
Can not test with: 2017.4.36f1 HDRP is not introduced
Notes:

- A workaround is to reimport assets
