[HDRP] Sliders and draggable edit fields in Rendering Debugger incorrectly create undo actions
Version tested: 2022.2.0a10 (trunk)
Steps to reproduce:
0) Create a new HDRP template
1) Open Undo History window
2) Go to Rendering Debugger
3) Grab any slider (Lighting/Global Shadow Scale Factor in my example) drag it a little, wait and then without releasing the mouse drag it more
4) Observe how it created an undo action upon the slightest change. Action's name also contains incorrect values.
Expected behavior: Undo action must be create upon mouse release.
Note: performing undo will still revert to correct values.
Same effect happens if you mouse drag edit fields.
