[HDRP] Project loses reference to the SRP Asset when building with batchmode and Library folder is deleted
Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new project with HDRP template or open an existing one
2. Close the project and delete the Library folder
3. Download the attached PowerShell script
4. Make sure that the correct paths are provided in the script
5. Execute the PowerShell script and wait for PowerShell to close
Expected result: Built executable appears in the Builds folder and no errors are present in the BugLog.txt file
Actual result: Built executable does not appear in the Builds folder and errors are present in the BugLog.txt file
Reproduces on: 2020.1.0b6 (HDRP 8.1.0), 2020.1.0f1 (HDRP 8.1.0), 2020.2.0a19 (HDRP 9.0.0-preview.33)
Does not reproduce on: 2019.4.5f1 (HDRP 7.3.1), 2020.1.0a23 (HDRP 8.0.1)
Notes:
Does not reproduce with URP.
The build is successful if the Library folder is present prior to building.
The build is successful if built in the Editor.
The issue is only reproducible with -nographics command line argument.
