[HDRP] [Metal] Tiled artefacts when using DRS
*Version tested:* 6000.0.22f1
*Reproduces on:* M2 MBPro (Intel not tested)
*Steps to reproduce:*
# Create new HDRP Sample project
# Enable DRS
# Set it to forced mode and decrease to <= 50%
# Start playmode and walk towards the dark corridor area (check attached videos)
# Observe white tiled artefacts around wall edges
*Note:* Reproduces with all upscale filters
