HDRP Memory Leak Error when Entering play mode in asset demo
Steps to repo:
# Open a HDRP scene in Unity Editor
# Open package manager
# Import the "Sunny Land" Asset
# In the project window open Assets > SunnyLand Artwork > Scenes
# Go through and open each demo and enter play mode in each one
# Observe console after each demo
Expected results: Demo scenes play normally without errors
Actual results: Memory leak error in console
Issue first introduced in: 2023.1.0a26
Reproducible with: 2023.1.0a26, 2023.1.0b1
Not reproducible with: 2023.1.0a25, 2023.1.0a23, 2023.1.0a20, 2023.1.0a13
Tested on: Windows 11
