[HDRP][macOS] Depth of Field effect becomes black in Game view when Focus Mode is set to Manual
Reproduction steps:
1. Create an HDRP project
2. In the Hierarchy window select "Post Process Volume" GameObject
3. In the Inspector window add "Depth of Field" through the "Add Override" button
4. Turn on "Focus Mode" and set it to "Manual"
Expected result: Depth of field effect does not become black when Focus Mode is set to Manual
Actual result: Depth of field effect becomes black when Focus Mode is set to Manual
Reproduces on: HDRP 7.1.1 (2019.3.0b6), HDRP 7.1.8 (2019.3.0f6, 2020.1.0a22)
Does not reproduce on: HDRP 4.10.0-Preview (2018.4.17f1), HDRP 7.1.1 (2019.3.0b5)
Could not test with 2017.4 due to the package not existing
Notes:
-Reproduces only on macOS
-Does not reproduce on URP
-When Focus Mode is set to "Use Physical Camera" issue does not occur
-Reproduces in Build as well

Got it on all my Macs and any kind of DOF (Use Physical Camera, Manual) and all latest HDRP (7.1.8, 7.2.1) and Unity Editor (2019.3.2, 2019.3.0) — blurred area goes black.

Seems to be an issue on older gpu's on Windows as well.
We tracked it down to being connected with the far plane settings.
If we set them high enough, it worked again, but the DoF effect was of course not the same anymore.
