[HDRP] Editor crashes on RaiseException when building project using Build and Run for the second time
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "Crash_test.zip" from Google Drive
2. Go To File > Build Settings
3. Press Build and wait for the Build to finish
4. When Build is finished select Build and Run
5. Observe the Editor
Expected result: Build is successful
Actual result: Editor crashes
Reproducible with: 13.1.6 (2022.1.0b10), 13.1.7 (2022.1.0b16),14.0.2 (2022.2.0a10)
Not reproducible with: 12.1.6 (2021.3.0f1), 13.1.5 (2022.1.0b9) 14.0.1 (2022.2.0a8)
Could not test with: 7.7.1 (2019.4.38f1), 10.8.1 (2020.3.33f) - project breaks after downgrade
