[HDRP] Area Lights shadow artifacts are shown in the Game view when Use Render Graph is disabled in HDRP Default Settings
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached "AreaLightsShadowsRepro.zip" project
2. Open "SampleScene" Scene
3. Disable "Use Render Graph" in the HDRP Default Settings (Edit -> Project Settings -> HDRP Default Settings)
4. Re-open the Editor
5. Observe the shadows in the Game view
Expected result: Shadows are shown properly in the Game view
Actual result: Artifacts are shown in the Game view and "Compute shader (Deferred): Property (_CachedAreaLightShadowmapAtlas) at kernel index (19) is not set" error message is spammed in the Console log
Reproducible with: 10.5.0 (2020.3.5f1, 2020.3.8f1)
Not reproducible with: 10.4.0 (2020.3.5f1)
Could not test with: 7.6.0, 11.0.0, 12.0.0 (No "Use Render Grap" option in the HDRP Default Settings)
