[Editor] Layer mask values are calculated based on sequential incides rather than based on indices used in the Layers table
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached "PathTracing"
2. Open the Scene "SampleScene"
3. In the Hierarchy select the "GameObject"
4, In the Inspector, "Volume" Component open the Layer Mask dropdown list and deselect the "Water" Layer
Expected results: The shadow under the cube disappears
Actual results: The shadow under the cube stays
Reproducible with: 10.3.1 (2020.2.7f1), 10.5.0 (2020.3.9f1), 11.0.0 (2021.1.8f1), 12.0.0 (2021.2.0a17)
Not reproducible with: 7.6.0 (2019.4.27f1), 10.2.2 (2020.2.0b12)
Note:
- Disabling the "UI" Layer will remove the shadow
